New Banner, New URL, New Music, Oh My!

Sometimes it's just time for a change and when I looked at the blog the other day, I decided it was time for a revamp! We have been writing a lot recently, Aaron has studio time booked to record some new music, and it just felt like a good time to freshen things up a bit around here. While I loved my photo of my fender on the beach, I was feeling a different vibe. I also decided to finally edit my URL, so it will match my social media handle! Handle? Tag? Nickname? I don't know, but they match now! We love matchy-matchy things, don't we?! Be on the lookout for some new tunes that are on the way! I'm two lines away from finishing a sassy one that I can't wait to share with y'all! Thanks for the love over the years and I hope y'all enjoy this next phase of Just Keep Writing; The Journey of an Aspiring Songwriter !

So I jotted it down on my hook page in my notebook and thought “maybe someday I’ll revisit it”. That was during the songwriting challenge so I was grasping by mid month, but I never wrote on it during the challenge.  Then, one random night, it hit me to write it from a male perspective and something clicked. I was on the patio, drinking bourbon, listening to my favorite artist (I’ve said it was when the new album ...
