Another Frog

This is probably the hundredth time in the last month that I have opened a new post form. But this time I swear I will finish a blog...yeah, it's probably the hundredth time that I've said that too. Multiple tracks and overdubs and....

So, the last time that I recorded something, I stumbled through a pretty rough GV which could hardly even be considered a work tape... to all my professional musician friends...stop laughing. But seriously, I decided to give it a go. How hard could it be? Especially with my ProTools software, which everyone says is amazing. (Psst....everyone lied). It's not completely difficult. But it looks so much more complicated than my audacity. Which, I know, means the recording will sound ten times better, but it's still a bit frustrating. So I resorted to using Audacity again...which I love by the way. It's simple and to the point. Just like lil ole me. So, this whole recording thing took me over two hours. Why? Because I am a perfectionist. Being a hardcore perfectionist and a horrible vocalist? Those two qualities don't mesh well. In fact, one of these recordings is sharp on the chorus and I'll own up to it...but I've been upstairs in my bathroom for two hours, sittin...
